Fixed exchange rates

Fixed rates for the accounting period instead of daily rates, if that is how you book.

What it is

For invoices in a foreign currency the system uses the daily rate by default — ČNB in Czechia, ECB in Slovakia. If you book at a fixed rate, you enter it for the accounting period and the system uses it in conversions; periods must not overlap.

What it does for you

  • Conversions match how your accounting entity books.
  • No manual conversions on invoices in EUR, CZK or PLN.
  • Your accountant receives documents with the rate they expect.
