Invoices with QR payment, credit notes, expenses and the profitability of every course in one module.

What it is

You issue invoices and credit notes as PDFs with a payment QR code (PAY by square for EUR, QR platba for CZK, the Polish code for PLN), downloadable in ISDOC and UBL as well. The system knows the Czech and Slovak VAT place-of-supply rules, including the reverse charge. You record payments received and expenses — venue, lecturer, catering, materials — and it suggests lecturer fees as expenses on its own. The overview shows revenue and costs by campaign, course, company and project.
